Still organic white wine from the Loire, 13% ABV, produced by Clos de la Coulee de Serrant (Nicolas Joly). 100% Chenin Blanc, 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A wine made from a historic vineyard, planted by Cistercian monks in 1130 and cultivated ever since. A certified biodynamic wine, it reflects Nicolas Joly’s philosophy of respect for nature and terroir. The nose is complex, accompanied by fruity aromas, spicy notes, and mineral nuances. Golden yellow in color with orange highlights. On the palate, the wine is balanced, fresh, and mineral, with a finish that invites further tasting.
