Description

Beautiful white flower aromas compose the nose accompanied by notes of honey, jasime tea, Asian pear, cereal and a hint of fig. The palate contains bright fruit flavors supported by vibrant acidity. Light and pleasing essensces of gooseberry, white currants, and lychee evolve onto the finish.Winemaker Notes Fermentation Grapes were harvested and processed through a mechanical destemmer for increased flavor extraction. The juice was settled with enzymes 24 hours and then racked to stainless steel tanks where a cool fermentation was performed for fruit retention. The solids were settled naturally post fermentation and then the wine was filtered and bottled. – Nicola’s Redmark
