Our Straight Wheated Bourbon Whiskey is crafted from a unique blend of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley brought to life with limestone-filtered water from the Texas Hill Country. 45% ABV, 90 ProofTASTING NOTES On the nose- Grassy, herbal, and mineral notes with a touch of butterscotch. On the palate- Rich and round mouthfeel with smoky cherry, creme brulee, and honeycomb with a lingering smooth finish.BEST SERVED Our Wheated Bourbon is best served neat, with a rock, or in an Old Fashioned or Egg White Sour.
