The premium selected barley, a slow distillation in our small lamp glass stills and careful condensing in our traditional wooden worm tubs work together to produce this fine single malt. Described as rich, fruity with a hint of sea salt and peat smoke. 43% ABVTasting NotesA hint of peat smoke, combined with a salty maritime flavor. Citrus orangey notes are also present in both the nose and on the palate, and the sweeter honeyed notes give our malt a smooth silky finish.
