Classic method sparkling wine without must from the Trentodoc appellation, produced by Opera Viticoltori in Valdicembra, 2012 vintage. 100% Chardonnay. 0.75 L bottle, 12.5% ABV. A Riserva wine that celebrates the excellence of Trentino, born from an architectural renovation and expansion project. On the nose, it is intense with floral and fruity aromas, accompanied by hints of freshly toasted bread. The perlage is fine and very persistent. On the palate, the wine is savory, fresh, and persistent.
