Description

PRODUCTION The grape is completely de-stemmed and the fermentation takes place with prolonged over-pumping in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. It is then aged in oak casks for 4 years.TASTING NOTES A blondish-red appearance, bright with good legs. In the nose it is a slightly aged wine which promotes the release of well-developed secondary aromas. In the mouth, a sweet and very balanced wine.STORAGE As a general rule, in well-ventilated places, away from sources of heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator.OUR RECOMMENDATION Preferably drunk as an aperitif or after meals. We recommend drinking it in the first 2 years.
