Description
A still red Calabrian IGT, 2012 vintage, 14% ABV, produced by Pacelli in Malvito (CS). Blend: 70% Barbera, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. 0.75L bottle. A wine that tells the story of a family and a region, with an expressive nose of ripe red fruit, hints of sweet spice, and vegetal notes. Aged in 5hl oak barrels for at least 6 months, Pauciuri is then bottle-aged for over a year. Soft, warm, and structured, it develops strong tannins and has a fairly persistent finish.
