Description
It has a very perfumed bouquet of raspberry, wild strawberry, crushed stone and undergrowth aromas that gain intensity with time. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins framing the sappy red fruit. There is good density here, more so than in Parent’s other Premier Crus. A little chewy toward the finish, suggesting that this will be a long-term Pommard. Patience required.
