A biodynamic sparkling wine made using the classic method, produced by Patrice Colin in the Loire Valley. 12% ABV, 100% Pineau d’Aunis. 0.75L bottle. A wine born from a passion for biodynamics and the desire to best express the Loire terroir. A bouquet of white flowers and pencil shavings. A very light, almost transparent copper color. It is fresh, fragrant, and floral with hints of geranium and spice. A unique sensory experience, an invitation to discover the magic of natural wines.
