Classic method brut sparkling wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Pedrotti Spumanti. Blend: 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir. 0.75-liter bottle, 2019 vintage. A Trento DOC born from the passion of a family that has been producing high-quality sparkling wines since 1901. Aged on the lees for at least 45 months. Fine and persistent perlage. Fragrant, with typical hints of dried fruit and yellow apple. Golden yellow color with golden highlights. Lively acidity, with clear mineral notes and delicate fruity aromas.
