Classic method pas dosé sparkling wine from Trentino Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Pedrotti Spumanti. Blend: 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir. 0.75 l bottle, 2017 vintage. Riserva 111, a tribute to the family’s passion, a symbol of continuity between past and present. Classic method Trentodoc, aged on the lees for at least 6 years without dosage during disgorgement. Intense on the nose, complex and of fine quality; fruity, reminiscent of fresh hazelnuts and Rennet apples, the fragrance enhances the pleasant crust of sourdough bread; with a lovely minerality. Dry, characterized by a pleasant acidity. Savory. Balanced, intense and persistent.
