Description
Our German-style Hefeweizen, named after the Hall of State in the esplanade at Fair Park, was designed with more body. a slightly sweet finish, and an emphasis on banana over clove. A subtle citrus notes rounds out the flavor of this heady wheat ale. Pairs well with smoked salmon, Brave Combo, and ferris wheels.
