Aged in barrels for 8 to 16 months with malolactic fermentation. 20% new barrels. Intense aromas of fresh red fruit (cherry, redcurrant, blackcurrant) with notes of spice (cinnamon). Deep purple color. A soft wine with supple tannins, fullness, roundness, and good depth, perfect for pairing with red meats and aged cheeses.
