Still red from Beaujolais, France, 13.5% ABV, 100% Gamay, produced by Domaines Chermette. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Moulin à Vent that embodies the essence of the terroir, with semi-carbonic maceration that enhances its fruit and freshness. Aged for 6 months, 50% in tuna and 50% in oak barrels aged 1 to 5 years. Intense with aromas of red fruit including raspberry, cherry, blackberry, and blackcurrant, with hints of violet and iris. Deep ruby red color with crimson hues. Refined with a full and rounded attack of juicy fruit. Soft and creamy tannins that provide a velvety texture.
