pure, complex and gently exotic bouquet of apple, pear, passion fruit, macadamia nut, a fine base of chalky soil tones, brioche, dried flowers and a lovely framing of buttery oak. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, fairly powerful in style, rock solid at the core and beautifully soil-driven in personality, with fine focus and balance, refined mousse, zesty acids and a very, very long, complex and impeccably balanced finish. This is already a great glass of Champagne, but there is little doubt that its apogee is still eight to ten years down the road! 2025-2065+
