Still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Pojer and Sandri. 100% Sauvignon, 2024 vintage. A Sauvignon that expresses the varietal’s distinctive character through an interpretation that enhances its freshness and aromatic complexity. Faedo, 1975. Two young people, two hectares, few resources, a few ideas, a lot of courage, and a dream: to produce high-quality natural wine from the vineyards on the Faedo hill. A clean, intense, varietal aroma (hints of elderflower, fig, and tomato leaves) with delicate fruity nuances reminiscent of peach, apricot, and blackcurrant. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Excellent nose-palate correspondence.
