Winemaker Notes
Aromatically the wine is dark berry driven, with notes of smooth dark chocolate and lingering perfume of almonds. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with flavors of iron, juicy black cherries, bramble, and classically Tuscan dusty tannins.

A burly, linear red, with ample blackberry, black cherry and black currant fruit to offset the dense tannins. Vibrant, energetic and balanced, with a long, saturated aftertaste echoing the dark fruit and adding a hint of tobacco. Sangiovese, Colorino and Canaiolo.

A tense and mineral expression here with fine spices and pure red berries. This is transparent and understated on the palate with crumbled fine tannins that linger with the minerals and berries in a long, intense finish.
