After aging in the barrel for 2.5 years this deep red colored Prager Aria Napa White Port developed intense aromas of cocoa bean, accompanied with ripe blackberry, and vanilla. The flavor profile brings to mind, bold characteristics of dried cherries, sweet raspberry sauce, and vanilla. These characteristics are all brought together with a well-balanced acidity.
