Description
Winemaker Notes
This old vine 100% Chardonnay from Pouilly-Fuisse in Burgundy has an inviting nose of white-fleshed fruits and honey. The palate is lively on the attack with aromas of pear and white peach. The finish is pretty and harmonious.
Serve as an aperitif and also makes the perfect match for fish or seafood as well as white meat and pasta in a creamy sauce.

The 2024 R. Dutoit Pouilly-Fuissé Les Vieilles Vignes shows a bright yellow hue and opens with aromas of preserved lemon peel and forest freshness. On the palate, it reveals lively apple and peach skin flavors, carried by a vibrant structure and elegant finish. An excellent match with Poulet de Bresse à la Crème—the Burgundian classic of tender chicken simmered in cream, white wine, and mushrooms—where the wine’s citrus lift and orchard fruit notes cut through the richness while echoing the dish’s earthy depth.
