In order to truly embrace the spirit of Texas in our Texas spirits, we produce Rebecca Creek Whiskey, a blend of aged bourbons, corn-based spirits and limestone-filtered water from the Edwards Aquifer. 40% ABV, 80 ProofOur Rebecca Creek Fine Texas Spirit Whiskey is crafted using the skill of our head distiller to deliver a unique flavor profile. This spirit is produced using a blend of premium bourbons, the oldest has been aged for 8 years in new oak barrels and has a grist bill made up of 67% yellow corn and 21% rye with malted barley and wheat rounding out the ingredients.
