Description
Deep straw yellow color, variable with the different vintages. On the nose, intense aroma of hazelnut and toasted almonds, vanilla, butter pastry, then pineapple and candied citrus fruits in the background. Subtle freshness on the palate, balanced and with a long mineral persistence. Versatile sparkling wine, to be enjoyed on an entire fish-based menu. Excellent as an aperitif.
