Still white wine from New Zealand, 13% ABV, produced by Rimapere. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Sauvignon Blanc that captures the essence of the Marlborough terroir, with distinctive notes of lime and lemon that develop with fragrant aromas of white flowers combined with a delicate complexity from the oak and a creamy hint of yeast. Elegant structure with hints of lemon and grapefruit. Fine palate that finishes with a long and elegant finish. Gentle pneumatic pressing of whole bunches, cold decantation, fermentation in barrels and in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
