The wine is light straw color.
The taste of the wine is very clean and pleasantly minimalistic, with a strong mineral core. Subtle fruity sweetness and acidity are perfectly balanced in the finest Moselle style. In the palate, spicy nutty and salty notes stand out, hints of juicy green apple and almond milk, and the bitter nuances of grapefruit adorn the aftertaste.
The wine has an extremely mineral bouquet. Unobtrusive notes of yellow fruits, white flowers and herbaceous hues complete the aromatic palette.
The wine is ideal as an aperitif, and also goes well with moderately spicy fish and poultry dishes.
