Description
Still red from Maremma Toscana DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Rocca di Frassinello. Blend: 50% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine born from the collaboration between a French and Italian winery, namely the meeting between Domanin Barone di Rothschild-Lafite and Paolo Panerai’s Cantina Castellare. Aged for 12 months in barriques, 50% new, and 9 months in bottle. On the palate, it has great structure, soft and rounded tannins, and a long, enveloping finish. Intense ruby red. Ample aromas of red fruit invite a tasting that reveals the complexity and elegance of the Tuscan terroir.
