The Sweet wine category has always been part of the American wine drinking experience – White Zinfandel, Wine Coolers, Sangria, but until 2009 the category was built on regional brands. Roscato was developed by Palm Bay International to provide these drinkers with a quality sweet wine they could purchase nationally.
Northern Italy provides a spectacular backdrop for Roscato, a violet-hued red with aromatic notes of cherry, blackberry and red raspberry. A touch of sweetness and bright acidity underlies the appeal of this charming wine.
