Direct pressed (no saignée, though), fermented in concrete and finished on the bottle to take the mousse, the NV Vin Mousseux Turbullent is a sparkling rosé from Gamay. This edition is based on the 2018 vintage and comes across as round, fresh and charming, with a delicious sweetness of 12 grams that gives roundness to this dry-tasting 8% alcohol mousseux that is highly stimulating. 30,000 bottles made. Tasted in March 2019.
