The nose of Saintsbury Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is pretty with concentrated bing cherry, rose petal, violets, anise and cardamom. The palate is prominent with ripe cherry and plum leading into an energetic mid palate reminiscent of baking spices. The finish is elegant, lingering with dark stone fruits and hints of minerality
