Organic Champagne, made using the classic method (pas dosé), produced by Salima and Alain Cordeuil in the Champagne region of France. Non-vintage, 0.75L bottle. A unique sensory experience, an explosion of aromas and flavors that celebrate the purity of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. On the nose, toasted notes of bread and acacia honey are complemented by fruity notes of peach, quince, almond, apricot, blackcurrant, and blueberry, along with floral notes of hawthorn blossom. Fine and persistent perlage. Intense straw yellow with golden highlights. Rich and fresh on the palate. Mineral and long-lasting.
