Tasting Notes: Pretty aromas of citrus flowers and fruit. Notes of limes, lemons and toasty notes from oak. On the palate, it will have good structure and plenty of restraint and balance, making it a very food-friendly and approachable wine.

100% malolactic fermentation. Aged 9 months in neutral 500L barrels (34%), neutral228L barrels (49%) and stainless steel tank (17%)
Food pairing: Pairs well with creamy dishes, seafood, and poultry. Consider creamy pasta with a cheese or buttery sauce, seared or grilled white fish, shrimp scampi, or roasted chicken or pork. It also complements mild, creamy cheeses like Brie and a light chicken burger.
