VINIFICATION Manual and mechanical harvest. Each grape variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks. Temperature controlled fermentation at 25-28C. Daily pumping over, one unballasting. Maceration time 15-25 days. Aging in 50% one-year old barrels and 50% stainless steel tanks.COMMENTARY Dark, clear garnet. Black fruit nose against a background of toasted wood, and animal hints developing with age. Harmonious, full-flavored, mature palate. Fresh finish, roasted notes, marked by slight firmness. – Bernard Magrez
