A still red wine from Piedmont, produced by Sordo Giovanni, a historic winery in Castiglione Falletto. A 2020 Barolo Monprivato DOCG that expresses the elegance and complexity of Nebbiolo. The grapes, 100% Nebbiolo, come from vineyards located in Castiglione Falletto. Vinification involves a long maceration and aging for 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels, 4-6 months in stainless steel, and a minimum of 6 months in bottle. A rich and persistent bouquet, with elegant sensations reminiscent of black cherry and floral nuances. Over time, ethereal sensations develop with hints of resin and sweet spices. Ruby red.
