Hand-crafted in small batches using traditional techniques. Craft distilled in Ireland with grain and malted barley. Patiently matured for 10 years, with European Oak Sherry Cask finish. Nicely complex with big flavours of baked fruits, honey and an enchanting pinch of carnation and cloves. Lovely weighted finish full of rich vanilla and citrus zest.
