Dry Gin is the most popular Gin type throughout the world, often referred to as the Gin drinkers Gin. Dry refers to the lack of sugars which are more prominent in other gins. It is a full 40% proof and its base is potato spirit, distilled from Lady Claire and Rosetta potato varieties. We use Juniper berries, coriander seeds, Lemon peel, with a little liquorice and Angelica roots for a hint of spice.This gin has a fresh citrus aroma, with a mix of herbal and floral overtones, slightly spicy on the palate and with a clean finish.
