Still red from Napa Valley, California, 14.5% ABV, produced by Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, an iconic wine that has shaped American viticulture history. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with full malolactic fermentation. Aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, 90% new and 10% previously used. Intriguing notes of cherry, red fruit, blackcurrant, and anise along with delicate hints of vanilla. Intense ruby red color. The wine has a beautiful texture with silky tannins, lively acidity, and a long, lingering finish.
