Harvest: The grapes were harvested in the very early hours of the morning and pressed gently with the juice cold settling for two days before racking.
Farming Practices: Sustainable
Fermentation: The wine was fermented 50% in tank and 50% in barrel.
Aging: 6-9 months aging in barrel. 65% new French oak and 35% used French oak.
Notes of butterscotch, lemon cream pie and fresh pineapple juice greet you on the nose. The voluminous fruit continues in the mouth with flavors of meyer lemon and sweet vanilla. The full bodied fruit is balanced by clean bright acidity that leads into a long, lingering finish.
