Introducing a smooth, buttery single malt with notes of toasted vanilla, chocolate, rose, and ripe peaches. 43% ABVWe begin with 100% Scottish malted barley, hand milled and hand cooked over an open flame.Bucket-by-bucket, we take tight cuts off hand-hammered, copper pot stills to fine-tune our spirit by taste.Every drop of our spirit is aged in Kentucky Bourbon barrels and finished in Oloroso sherry casks from Spain.
