Tarlant’s Zero Brut Nature Champagne, from the Champagne region of France, classic method pas dosé, 32% Chardonnay, 32% Pinot Meunier, 32% Pinot Noir, 4% Petit Meslier, Arbane, Pinot Blanc, 12% ABV. A fresh, lively, and complex champagne, without added sugar, that reveals everything the grapes and the soil have to offer. Notes of fruit, citrus, honey, and light toasted notes. Fine perlage. On the nose, aromas of wax, honey, lemon, and mandarin. On the palate, it is lively, long, and open with a citrus freshness. Ideal as an aperitif, with sushi, and oysters.
