Description
Historically a grape used for its acidity and its productivity, Carricante is now probably one of the most interesting and multi-faceted varieties cultivated today. Minerality, sulphurous notes, hints of hydrocarbons, even in young vintages. It is an expression of the verticality of the wines of the Volcano. Buonora means “early,” and is a wine that reflects the nature of the territory from which it comes, Mount Etna.
