Description
A still white wine from Tuscany IGT, 12.5% ABV, produced by Tenuta Monteloro (Antinori). Vintage 2024. A wine born just outside Florence, in a unique area for growing Riesling and Pinot Bianco. 100% Pinot Grigio. The grapes are harvested in the early hours of the day. After destemming, the grapes underwent a brief maceration that allowed the extraction of the variety’s characteristic coppery color. The nose is intense and characterized by citrus notes of grapefruit and pinot noir that combine with more delicate aromas of pear and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and savory, characterized by a pleasant pear aftertaste.
