Wine-making: the grapes are gently desteamed. Maceration in small sized tanks for 14-16 days with a soft daily umping over.
Fermentation: Spontaneous fermentation, with indigenous yeasts, at 16°C
Ageing: in new barriques for 18 months
Alcohol: 14.5%
