Description
A still white wine from Puglia, 12% ABV, produced by Tenute Rubino. 100% Verdeca, a native grape variety that tells the story of this land. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A family project rooted in the 1980s, inspired by a love for their land and the rediscovery of the winemaking potential of Salento. Fermentation between 16 and 8°C in steel tanks. Aged for 5 months in steel, 1 month in bottle. Elegant and distinctive pear aromas intertwine with citrus notes and clear hints of bitter almond, in a finish that recalls orange blossom. Straw yellow with delicate greenish reflections. Intense and refined, with a pronounced acidity that makes it fresh and pleasant. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish and seafood dishes.
