A still red from Puglia, 100% Primitivo, produced by Tenute Rubino. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A wine that expresses the richness of the Apulian terroir through a complex and enveloping bouquet. A palette of aromas and sensations of unsurpassed finesse, opening with notes of plums in alcohol, blackcurrant and blueberry jam, cloves and nutmeg, which give way to and alternate with hints of star anise, violet, and licorice.
