Description
Etna Rosso comes from the skillful vinification of the vines Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio native to Etna. Vinified in steel barrels and then aged in oak barrels. A wine with an intense and spicy aroma, it goes well with roasts, boiled meats and white meats. Serving temperature 18°-20°C. Contains sulfites
Pale ruby red with soft violet reflections, typical of the variety not very rich in color. On the nose there are evident hints of small red fruits, morello cherry, black cherry. On the palate it stands out for its typical balanced tannins and a surprising fullness, flavor and length. Contains sulfites
