A still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, produced by Cantina Tramin, 2024 vintage. A Sauvignon Pepi that embodies the philosophy of Cantina Tramin, founded in 1898 to ensure a future for mountain winemakers. Its bouquet is distinctly floral, with initial notes of elderberry and nettle that evolve into light, exotic notes of mango and papaya, as well as peach and gooseberry. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the palate, the wine is intense, savory, fresh, and aromatic. A wine that best expresses the characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc, perfect for pairing with fish and vegetable dishes.
