Description
This Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey is aged 5-6 years in charred American white oak barrels. We then finish the bourbon in White Moscatel casks, a fortified wine, for an average of 3-6 months. White exotic fruits and floral notes shine through, creating a sweetness that complements the whiskey. Some casks are allowed to finish for a year or more to bring through additional notes from the French oak.
