A wine born from the passion of Vincent Cuillier, who has managed the family vineyards in Pouillon since 2015. This Chardonnay, with light maceration of the skins, offers a refined sensory experience, characterized by the freshness and minerality typical of the Pouillon terroir. After fermentation, the wine is aged in barrique for 20 months, a technique that develops its complexity and structure while respecting the integrity of the fruit.
