Description
Obtained from botrytized Verduzzo friulano grapes. The grapes dry in boxes in our company drying room after being harvested at the end of October.
The wine is aged in barriques and then in the bottle before being marketed.
The wine is produced using verduzzo grapes from different clones: green, golden and red which are chosen and selected according to the vintage.
The name Aurum was chosen as it indicates gold in Latin, and could only be the most precious metal to indicate the value of this wine.
