Classic method sparkling wine, Coteaux Champenoise AOC, 12% ABV, produced by Domaine Vouette et Sorbee. 100% Chardonnay, 2020 vintage. A wine made from 5 hectares of vineyards planted in the Jurassic Champagne Superior region, with an average age of 21 years. The vineyards are very well maintained, the compost has fermented at the end of the vines, the heavy tractor has gone, the fruit trees have been replanted, the cows have been tamed—in short… what a joy! Floral and fruity aromas on the nose pave the way for a fresh, pleasant, and savory palate.
