The Vineyard
The Wilson family has been farming the rich land in Clarksburg for four generations, beginning with George Harold Wilson who established the family homestead in the early 20th century. The vineyard is situated one hour northeast of Napa Valley, and is made up of mostly silt and loam soils. With the San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean to the west, and the Sacramento River to the east, fog and cool breezes keep this region cool.
Inspiration & Winemaking
Our 2022 Three by Wade Blanc comes from organically farmed vines in Clarksburg, California. It is fermented with 100% native yeast and aged in 30% neutral French oak and 70% stainless steel. Why Chenin Blanc? Because we love its bright acidity and the wine’s natural weighty texture.
