There are fine herbal and citrus notes on the nose, and on the palate the Wisselbrunnen impresses with its enormous concentration, complexity and minerality. The result is an exciting interplay of fruit and saltiness. This works particularly well in combination with dark sauces and strong dishes, but can also be enjoyed on its own.
